High end living in a remodeled, modern high rise.

Interior design of two bedroom residence; remodeling, space plan, color, lighting, for urban homeowner. All floors and ceilings, as well as bathrooms were replaced. The kitchen was gutted and remodeled to create a more open feeling. Cabinetry was handcrafted and custom fit around state of the art appliances. The new island was enveloped with stone. Under cabinet lighting, new fixtures and furniture completes the modern look.

I had the pleasant experience of hiring April Uhlir. Her design skills far exceeded what I expected. She took my thirty-five-year-old condo with a dark and enclosed kitchen and turned it into a contemporary living space.
